Andrew Folsom serves as Chief Investment Officer for Capital Analysts of Jacksonville, Florida, Inc. In this role, he is responsible for monitoring investments for the firm’s clients and providing analysis and recommendations for its financial advisors, which includes conducting timely research to understand developments in the financial and economic industries.

Andrew joined Capital Analysts in 2008 after working at Merrill Lynch and Wachovia. At Capital Analysts, Andrew manages efficiencies in client accounts, makes recommendations to the firm’s advisors for client investments, and screens and monitors investment opportunities for clients.

Andrew is a native of Lake Worth, Florida, and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in  Finance and minor in Economics from the University of Central Florida. He earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute in 2008. He is also a Registered Representative.
