M. Elaine Hall is Treasurer and Shareholder for Capital Analysts of Jacksonville, Florida, Inc., where she has helped lead the firm’s growth and upheld its respected reputation for more than two decades. In her role, Elaine is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the firm’s financial and strategic planning, wealth management and business development activities, ensuring that the firm’s leadership team and advisors can effectively serve the financial needs of their clients.  

Elaine has more than 20 years experience in financial services in addition to her career in corporate finance, economic research and strategic planning at CSX, a Fortune 500 company. Elaine joined Ameriprise Financial Services in 1986 and started her career in financial planning. She later joined Capital Analysts in 1988 as Director of Research and Design and since that time has taken a holistic approach to developing financial plans for the firm and its clients.

A native of Atlanta, Georgia, Elaine received a bachelor’s degree from Eckerd College and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Florida. Throughout her career, she has earned the following professional designations: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM and Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®). She is a Registered Representative and a licensed Life and Health Insurance agent.
