Sheryl P. Bordelon serves as Corporate Secretary and Shareholder of Capital Analysts of Jacksonville, Florida, Inc., where she has developed and maintained the firm’s trusted reputation for more than 23 years. In her role, Sheryl oversees the investment focus of the entire firm as well as serves its affluent individual and corporate clients in all areas of financial planning and wealth management.  

Sheryl joined Capital Analysts in 1987 and since that time has created financial plans for the firm’s clients by focusing on their needs and developing a customized plan that fulfills their personal desires and goals. Her areas of expertise in business planning include business continuity, employee benefits, qualified plans and investments. In personal financial planning, Sheryl offers expertise in the areas of pre- and post-retirement planning, investment, college, estate, and charitable planning. She also serves nonprofit clients and organizations, focusing on planned giving, investment management and employee benefits.

A native of Kansas City, Missouri, Sheryl graduated magna cum laude with a degree in applied mathematics from Coe College in Iowa, where she was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors fraternity. She has earned several professional designations including: CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM; Master of Science in Financial Services (MSFS); and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®). She is also a Registered Representative and a licensed Life and Health Insurance agent.
