Diana is a native of East Bridgewater, Massachusetts. After serving in the U.S. Army as an Environmental Health Technician, Ms. Alden operated day-care facilities in Big Bear Lake, California; Frankfurt, Germany; and Sierra Vista, Arizona. In 1992 she attended Kinyon-Campbell Business School in Massachusetts and was then employed as an Administrative Assistant for companies in Augusta, Maine; Brockton, Massachusetts; and Grand Rapids, Michigan. Ms. Alden joined Capital Analysts soon after relocating to Jacksonville in 1997. She completed the Registered Paraplanner (RPSM) program in 1999, holds life and health insurance licenses and is a Registered Representative. As Operations Manager she focuses on customer service, oversees all securities transactions and assists in the preparation of financial plans.
