Christopher Hollister

Christopher (Chris) Hollister is an Operations Analyst at Capital Analysts of Jacksonville, where he supports the firm's operational excellence. With more than 20 years of experience in operations, workforce management, reporting, and business analysis, Chris has built a career focused on improving efficiency and delivering exceptional customer experience. His background includes extensive focus in health and property insurance industries, where he led customer-driven initiatives, developed reporting solutions, and collaborated with cross-functional teams to drive meaningful results.

A Jacksonville native, Chris was born and raised in the city and is proud to serve clients in the community he has always called home. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Religion from Flagler College and enjoys combining analytical thinking with a strong commitment to helping others.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his wife, Angela, and their three rescue pets (one dog and two cats). He is an avid fan of all things pop culture, board games, and trivia. He is also a member of the Trivia Hall of Fame and actively hosts local trivia events. Whether at work or in the community, Chris values building relationships, continuous learning, and creating positive experiences for those around him.
